Funding
The project is funded from several sources, through individual negotiations with donors with the offer to “buy a step in the tower”, donations from public collections and endowment capital.
Public collection
From 1.
October 2016 to 22.
August 2019 we had a public collection authorized by the Regional Authority of the Ústí nad Labem Region under the number 2030/SCKZU/2016-7 for the re-opening of the church’s leaning tower.
The proceeds from the collection amounted to 27 923,50 CZK.
Individual meetings with donors
Anyone who donates funds of CZK 25 000 or more to the Foundation has the opportunity to choose a step and place a sign with their name or the name of a person close to them on it. Over 50 donors who are close to the Foundation or know the Foundation were approached in this way.
Donors donated a total of CZK 1 194 126.
Foundation capital
The Foundation currently has CZK 37 million in investment instruments.
CZK 37 million as the foundation’s principal.
We are ready, in the event of insufficient funds raised in the above-mentioned ways, to release part of the funds thus invested in the construction of a new tower, which would remain in the Foundation’s possession.
